Work Permits – Leisure & Hospitality Work Permits – Leisure & Hospitality

We have successfully managed work permit applications across the Leisure and Hospitality industries. The level of positions can range from F&B Managers and Specialist Chefs to General Managers. We can provide you with detailed advice on what options are available, to ensure that your work permit application stands the best chance for success. We have proven experience in managing work permit applications on behalf of the top 500 UK employers in a diverse and wide ranging skill set.

There is a continuous requirement for qualified professionals on an international scale. Leisure and Hospitality are not recognised by the Home Office as a shortage occupation, which means that positions are still subject to demonstrating that the UK employer has advertised for this vacancy prior to a work permit application being made.

In order to obtain a work permit, the position must require a high level of qualifications and/or experience. If the employer and/or the individual cannot show that this position meets the minimum level of skills required by the work permit scheme, then it is unlikely that an application can be made successfully.

The Home Office will expect to see evidence of the individual’s qualifications and professional experience to support the work permit application, together with relevant documentation from the UK employer. We will advise you on the most appropriate documents to support your application to best effect.

Contact us for a free work permit assessment with details of the position offered, the UK employer and details of the skills and qualifications that the individual has gained to date. We will provide you with a free assessment based on our experience of managing similar cases, details of any timing / immigration issues involved and a quote for managing this application on your behalf.
If you have not been offered a position within a UK company, then you cannot make a work permit application. You need to speak to recruitment agencies and employers directly. Alternatively you may be eligible for the Highly Skilled Migrant [HSMP] scheme. If you think you may be eligible for this scheme you should complete our HSMP assessment form.
